Dedicated to workforce development

We appreciate that one of the main challenges services can face when implementing change, is staff engagement and training. This is all the more evident during a period when resources are constrained and staff can feel stretched.

We provide comprehensive training to healthcare staff including prescribers, nurses and recovery workers giving them the knowledge and skills they need to deliver Buvidal treatment and provide the appropriate level of care and support for patients.

We obviously provide training when services are first starting out with Buvidal – but our support will be ongoing so that your existing and new staff are always up to date.

HCPs can also access educational resources in their own time, with our online webinar series and training videos.

Keyworker  Training

Keyworkers can play a vital role in a patient’s treatment journey, but don’t necessarily have the knowledge and experience of their professional healthcare colleagues. With this in mind, we have partnered with Addiction Professionals, a voluntary registration body and network for the addictions sector, to promote the professional development of people working within this vital area.

RiSE is our dedicated Keyworker Training Programme where keyworkers can access free training resources via an online training platform and also sign-up to virtual training courses.
